    Diamond grinding segment

    Application: The two button trapezoid tooling is intended to be used on most concrete surfaces.
    A hard bond matrix is recommended when the tooling is being used on medium to soft surface.
    The use of water in the grinding process will typically increase the life of the tooling as well as provide a more aggressive grind on the surface.
    It is highly recommended to use a vacuum system when dry grinding as this tooling will create large amounts of dust.300-600 RPM'S is recommended. Do not exceed 1000 RPM'S.

    Magnetic/ Bolt on/ Quick change/ Mutual type available upon request

    Segment shape: Arrow, Rhomboid, Rectangle, Curved Rectangle, Coffin, Oval, Button, PCD, etc.  Special shape or specification can be customised as request (Minimum Order quantity may applied)

    Metal bond Hardness: Super soft/Extra Soft/Soft/Medium/Hard/Extra Hard

    Grit: 6#, 16#, 25/30#, 50/60#, 70/80#, 100#/120#

    Segment height: 8/10/12mm or upon request

    Working type: Dry grinding / Wet grinding
